Our Rooms
Rooms 1 & 2 (basement) have a common entrance. A large, cozy living room with a sitting area, TV and refrigerator is available to both rooms. Bathroom and toilet are shared.
Our room 3 where is located at the 1st floor is a spacious room with balcony and a neat bathroom. In the anteroom where you can freely dispose you can find a TV set and a private fridge.
Parking & Internet
Parking and W-LAN Internetconnection, we offer our guests free of charge of course.
Recreational possibilities
For private tours, we also provide bicycles which are available in limited quantities, also you can reach the
underground train or the nearby 
train station. Find out right here on the offer of the Munich public transport system 
.
We can also recommend the nearby lakes (Feldmochingersee and Fasaneriesee) can easily be reached on foot or by bike, or just visit once the Aviation Museum in Unterschleissheim or the Nymphenburg Palace in Munich.
